Recently, there have been a few problems in the group, particularly concerning application processes. The most noticeable situation involves people making accounts and beginning to roleplay with group members before having their applications approved, which is against the rules of the group. It is important to note that this is not directed at any specific person, there have been a large number of people doing this lately, and it cannot be allowed to continue. Group members who see character accounts of people attempting to roleplay often cannot tell if these people are official members or not, and it causes problems in this way. The fact of the matter remains that the rules are important, and if people do not demonstrate respect for the group and its policies even before they become members, then in response, we have decided to deny entry for these characters.

If you do not have a main deviantART account to send an application from, that can be handled as a separate matter. The application process is an important one, as it is the only way the group can see characters before people join, so it needs to be taken seriously. If you have questions, asking is perfectly acceptable, but it is necessary for people to follow the rules, including the length requirements of the application and the use of proper English.

Once again, to be clear, if an application is sent from a character account that has been made before being approved, and if unapproved characters are seen interacting with group members prior to approval whether or not they have sent an application yet, these characters cannot join. Please keep in mind that this decision has come after a great deal of thought, and has been deemed necessary in order to continue smooth management of the group in response to recent problems. Remember, the rules have all information relating to group requirements, so be sure to give them a look before attempting to join. If we see this situation improve, we may remove this policy; however, if that does happen, also be aware that it will not be a license for people to resume the behavior that this policy was created for. If you have any questions, please feel free to note the group as always!

Also, please do not try to join the group on your main account or unapproved RP accounts. Only approved RP accounts are allowed to join the group as members, which helps us keep track of everyone, and once again, unapproved character accounts have come to be such a problem that these characters will not be allowed to join the group.

Finally, everyone, try to stay aware of how big the group is getting. We have almost three hundred members, so it's very important to stay on top of things so we can keep a good community atmosphere.

Thanks for your cooperation
